(2) KAUAI HANDBALL ASSOCIATION: Approval of Application Nos.
Free 2011-12 and Free 2011-13 filed on October 6, 2010 by the Kauai
Handball Association for Free One-Day Special Dispenser Beer & Wine
licenses on October 29, 2010 and October 30, 2010 at the Kauai
Athletic Club, 4370 Kukui Grove Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.
(3) KAUAI ATHLETIC CLUB: Approval of special request for temporary
decrease of premises from 8:00 a.m. on October 29, 2010 to 5:00 p.m. on
October 30, 2010.
(4) HAWAII HOTEL & LODGING ASSOCIATION: Approval of
Application Nos. Free 2011-14 and Free 2011-15 filed on October 7,
2010 by the Hawaii Hotel & Lodging Association for Free One-Day
Special Dispenser General licenses on October 22, 2010 and
October 23, 2010 at the Kauai Marriott Resort, 3610 Rice Street,
Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.
(5) KAUAI MARRIOTT RESORT: Approval of special request for
temporary decrease of premises by excluding the Luau Gardens on
October 22, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 1000 p.m. and the Kauai Court on
October 23, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
(6) THE WINE GARDEN: Approval of special request to conduct
sampling of 6 varieties of wine, per list, on October 30, 2010 from
4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and as provided for by Rule 2.13(a), exception
to sample serving size of no more than 1 ounce of each variety of wine
equaling 6 ounces in total per customer is approved.

3. SOLICITOR'S PERMIT:
JESSE SCHWARTZ: Application No. 2011-33 was filed on October 14, 2010 by
Jesse Schwartz for a Solicitor's Permit in the County of Kauai to represent
Chambers & Chambers, a Wholesale Dealer General licensee in the City &
County of Honolulu. Deposited $180.

4. CANCELLATION OF TEMPORARY LICENSE:
THE TAVERN AT PRINCEVILLE BY ROY YAMAGUCHI: Effective October 1,
2010, cancellation of Temporary License No. T2011-02 issued to Hawaiian
Island Taverns LLC dba The Tavern at Princeville by Roy Yamaguchi.
5. TRANSFER OF LICENSE:
KAUAI COCONUT BEACH HOTEL: Application No. 2011-31 was filed on
October 7, 2010 for transfer of Hotel License No. 12G-006 (live entertainment
and dancing) from HI 5th Circuit Court 09-1-0110, Joseph M. Toy, Receiver dba
Aston Kauai Beach at Makaiwa to DHC Food & Beverage Corporation dba
Kauai Coconut Beach Hotel located at 650 Aleka Loop, Waipouli, Kauai,
Hawaii. Deposited $275.
6. DEFERRED MATTER:
REHEARING ON APPLICATION FOR NEW LIQUOR LICENSE —JIMMY'S
SPORTS BAR: Application No. 2008-103 was filed on June 3, 2008 by James T.
Jasper II dba Jimmy's Sports Bar for a Dispenser General (live entertainment
and dancing) located at 3416 Rice Street, Space#306, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.
ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ("H.R.S.") §92-7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
