Mr. De Costa seconded the motion. Motion carried 5:0. Appeals Scheduled Appeal Case No. 10-9758—Scott&Valerie Spierling—TMK 5-2-012-001-0007 David Speer was in attendance on behalf of the owners to provide evidence for the appeal. Damien Ventura was in attendance and presented his report to the Board. Danielle Teter was also in attendance. Mr. De Costa made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9758, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's denial of exemption. Ms. Wilson seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:1 (Kyono).
