Danielle Teter was in attendance and presented her report to the Board. Mr. De Costa made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9081, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's assessment. Mr. Gerardo seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. Appeal Case No. 10-9778—Kriss Erickson &Catharine Zadel —TMK 5-2-022-016-0005 Kriss Erickson was in attendance to present evidence for his appeal. Danielle Teter was in attendance and presented her report to the Board. Mr. De Costa made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9778, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's assessment. Mr. Kyono seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. Appeal Case No. 10-9258—Brendan McNamara—TMK 4-1-006-026-0000 The appellant or their representative was not in attendance, however documents submitted with the appeal were reviewed by the Board. Kim Hester was in attendance and presented her report to the Board. Mr. De Costa made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9258, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's assessment. Mr. Kyono seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. Mr. De Costa made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9259, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's assessment. Mr. Kyono seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. Appeal Case No. 10-9260—Brendan McNamara—TMK 4-1-006-054-0000 The appellant or their representative was not in attendance, however documents submitted with the appeal were reviewed by the Board. Appeal Case No. 10-9781 —Lee &Sheri Amaradio—TMK 5-3-003-053-0002 Taxpayer withdrew appeal. County's assessment sustained. Appeal Case No. 10-9760—Stuart & Mika Hollinger—TMK 5-3-003-056-0002 Taxpayer withdrew appeal. County's assessment sustained. Appeal Case No. 10-9779—Dylan Thede—TMK 5-3-004-021-0000 The appellant requested a continuance and this case will be scheduled at a later date. The Board recommended scheduling the case at the October 11, 2010 hearing. Appeal Case No. 10-9792—'Anini Hale—TMK 5-3-005-013-0000 Taxpayer withdrew appeal. County's assessment sustained. Appeal Case No. 10-9082—James F. Ciletti —TMK 5-4-009-051-0000 This case was stipulated and agreed by and between the Director of Finance and the appellant. Appeal Case No. 10-9793— Michael Olanolan—TMK 5-6-004-009-0000 The appellant or their representative was not in attendance. Danielle Teter was in attendance and presented her report to the Board. Mr. De Costa made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9793, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's assessment. Mr. Gerardo seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. The appellant or their representative was not in attendance, however documents submitted with the appeal were reviewed by the Board. Danielle Teter was in attendance and presented her report to the Board. Mr. Kyono made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 09-7787, he recommended that the Board sustain the County's assessment. Mr. Gerardo seconded the motion. Motion carried 3:0.
