Myles Yoshioka was in attendance and presented his report to the Board. Mr. Kyono made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9092, he recommended that the Board reduce the land assessments to $250,000. Mr. Gerardo seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. Ms. Wilson Boyle made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9091, she recommended that the Board reduce the land assessment to $56,000. Mr. Kyono seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. Appeal Case No. 10-9140—Samuel W. &William D. Pratt Trust—TMK 3-6-021-018-0003 Sam Pratt was in attendance to provide evidence for his appeal. Myles Yoshioka was in attendance and presented his report to the Board. Ms. Wilson Boyle made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-9140, she recommended that the Board reduce the assessment to $560,500. Mr. Kyono seconded the motion. Motion carried 4:0. RECESS Chair Lizama called the meeting into recess at 2:28 p.m. RECONVENE Chair Lizama called the meeting back to order at 2:40 p.m. Board Member Wilson Boyle left the meeting. Appeal Case No. 08-9864—Brian Orahood—TMK 2-8-028-082-0000 Board of Review Open Session October 25, 2010 Page 2 SUBJECT DISCUSSION ACTION Appeal Case No. 09-9865—Brian Orahood—TMK 2-8-028-082-0000 Mr. Kyono made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 08-9864, he recommended that the Board reduce the land value to$800,000 and sustain the building value. Mr. Gerardo seconded the motion. Motion carried 3:0. Mr. Kyono made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 09-9865, he recommended that the Board reduce the land value to$650,000 and sustain the building value. Mr. Gerardo seconded the motion. Motion carried 3:0. Appeal Case No. 10-8906—Ariana Owen—TMK 2-8-002-013-0002 The appellant or their representative was not in attendance, however documents provided with the appealed were presented to the Board. Myles Yoshioka was in attendance and presented his report to the Board. Mr. Kyono made a motion in the matter of tax appeal 10-8906, he recommended that the Board reduce the land value to$235,400.
