April 1, 2009
A meeting of the Budget & Finance Committee of the Council of the County
of Kaua`i, State of Hawai`i, was called to order by Councilmember Daryl W.
Kaneshiro, Chair, at the Historic County Building, Room 201, Lihu`e, Kaua`i, on
Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at 9:03 a.m., after which the following members
answered the call of the roll:

Honorable Tim Bynum (present at 9:06 a.m.)
Honorable Dickie Chang "
Honorable Jay Furfaro
Honorable Daryl W. Kaneshiro
Honorable Lani T. Kawahara
Honorable Derek S. K. Kawakami
Minutes of the March 18, 2009 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting.
Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Kawakami, seconded by
Councilmember Furfaro, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the
March 18, 2009 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting was approved.
The Committee proceeded on its agenda item as shown in the following
Committee report which is incorporated herein by reference:
CR-B&F 2009-08: on B&F 2009-3 Communication (3/02/2009) from Committee
Chair Daryl W. Kaneshiro, requesting that
the Administration be present to update the
Committee on the Housing Agency's
suggested corrective action plan for the
following Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Single Audit
Findings and Questioned Costs:

Debarment
