Kaneshiro, Chair, at the Historic County Building, Room 201, Lihu`e, Kaua`i, on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at 9:37 a.m., after which the following members answered the call of the roll: Honorable Bill "Kaipo" Asing Honorable Tim Bynum Honorable Dickie Chang Honorable Jay Furfaro Honorable Daryl W. Kaneshiro Honorable Lani T. Kawahara Honorable Derek S. K. Kawakami Minutes of the June 10, 2009 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting. Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Furfaro, seconded by Councilmember Chang, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the June 10, 2009 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting was approved.
