Bill No. 2329 A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO PM-228-91, RELATING TO GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION IN KILAUEA, KAUAI (County of Kauai, Applicant) This bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. PM-228-91, relating to General Plan designation in Kilauea, Kauai, as follows: FROM: General Plan "Residential Community" Designation TO: General Plan "Agriculture" and "Open" Designations APPLICANT: County of Kauai LOCATION: Kilauea, Kauai TMK Number: 5-2-017: 028 APPROXIMATE AREA: 6.55 acres of a 15.17 acre parcel EXISTING USE: None PROPOSED USE: Downzoning Pursuant to Condition No. 4 of Ordinance No. PM-229-91, the Planning Department has determined that substantial construction (as required by Ordinance No. PM-229-91) has not occurred, and as a result, the Planning Department has initiated proceedings to redesignate the property back to its prior land use designation.
