B-2009-691, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2009 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2010, BY REVISING THE SURPLUS AND APPROPRIATIONS ESTIMATED IN THE GENERAL FUND ($150,000 - Kapa`a-Wailua Development Plan) This bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. B-2009-691, as amended, relating to the Capital Budget of the County of Kauai for the fiscal year July 1, 2009 through June 1, 2010, by revising the surplus and appropriations estimated in the General Fund to provide $150,000 for the Kapa`a-Wailua Development Plan. This appropriation will be used to complete the plan which is nearing completion. BILL NO. 2334 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B-2009-691, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2009 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2010, BY REVISING THE SURPLUS AND APPROPRIATIONS ESTIMATED IN THE GENERAL FUND (Transfer $230,000 from Kapa`a New Fire Station to Pi`ikoi Building Design) This bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. B-2009-691 relating to the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Capital Budget by transferring $230,000 from the Kapa`a New Fire Station (Kealia Fire Station Project) to the Pi`ikoi Building Design Project. This appropriation will be used for architectural and engineering services relating to the relocation of the Fire Department's Administration Offices into the Pi`ikoi Building. The Department of Public Works-Engineering Division will manage the project. All interested persons who wish to present their comments may do so at the public hearing. Written testimonies prior to the hearing would be appreciated. Copies of the proposed ordinances are available at the Office of the County Clerk, Council Services Division. (The Council Committee or Council may amend these Bills at its subsequent meetings.
