FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CONDITION NO. 19 OF ORDINANCE NO. PM-2004-370 RELATED TO THE KUKUI'ULA WORKFORCE HOUSING This bill proposes to amend Condition No. 19 of Ordinance No. 2004-370 ("Condition No. 19"1 related to the Kukui`ula ~elopment Company, LLC, project's workforce housing uirements. Under these requirements, Kukui`ula Development npany, LLC, is required to provide seventy-five (75) units wm•kforce housing for its employees and/or employees of finesses located within the Kukui`ula project area, subject to cific provisions in Condition No. 19.
