Pursuant to Section 19.151B), Charter of the County of Kauai, the Director of Finance is authorized to utilize accrued interest from the Kekaha Host Community Benefits HCB 1 account for the Kekaha HCB grant program." This provision authorizes the Director of Finance to accrue and utilize interest from the Kekaha Host (':nnmunity Benefits account for the sole purpose of the Kekaha Host Community Benefits grant prnrram.
