BUDGET & FINANCE CONIlVIITTEE
March 10, 2010
A meeting of the Budget & Finance Committee of the Council of the
County of Kaua`i, State of Hawai`i, was called to order by Councilmember
Daryl W. Kaneshiro, Chair, at the Historic County Building, Room 201, Lihu`e,
Kaua`i, on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 9:59 a.m., after which the following
members answered the call of the roll:
Honorable Bill "Kaipo" Asing
Honorable Tim Bynum
Honorable Jay Furfaro
Honorable Daryl W. Kaneshiro
Honorable Lani T. Kawahara
Excused: Honorable Derek S. K. Kawakami
Honorable Dickie Chang, Ex-Officio Member
Minutes of the January 27, 2010 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting.
Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Asing, and seconded by
Councilmember Furfaro, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the
January 27, 2010 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting was approved.
Minutes of the February 10, 2010 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting.
Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Asing, and seconded by
Councilmember Furfaro, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the
February 10, 2010 Budget & Finance Committee Meeting was approved.
The Committee proceeded on its agenda item as shown in the following
Committee report which are incorporated herein by reference:
CR-B&F 2010-06: on B&F 2010-1 Communication (01/21/2010) from Tim
Bynum, Councilmember, requesting the
Administration's presence to provide a
comprehensive overview of the fiscal
condition of the County of Kaua`i for the
upcoming Fiscal Year 2010-2011.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:36 a.m.
