03107111 Officer Mackenzie Metcalfe Mr. & Mrs. Steven Smith
After arriving at the airport just before midnight and having failed in their
attempts to locate their hotel, Mr. and Mrs. Smith came upon the Hanalei
substation where they met Officer Metcalf. After explaining their dilemma
and asking for directions, Officer Metcalf, who had just ended his shift,
offered to have them follow him in their vehicle as he drove directly to their

their destination was greatly appreciated.
