C 2011-79 Communication (02/14/2011) from the Director of Housing, requesting Council approval to authorize the filing of the 2011 Action Plan for the County's 5-year consolidated Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and appropriation of funds for the HOME Investment Partnership Program, an allocation of $973,000 of HOME funds for Program Year 2011.
