C 2011-333 Communication (12/05/2011) from the Anti-Drug Coordinator, requesting Council approval to apply, receive and expend a grant in the amount of $5,000.00 from the Department of Defense, State of Hawaii, which will be used to work in partnership with the Hawaii State Department of Defense, Hawaii Partnership to Prevent Underage Drinking (HPPUD) and the Hawaii Counterdrug Program's Underage Drinking Prevention Social Marketing Multi-Media Campaign.
