(See Resolution No. 2012-35) C 2012-120 Communication (04/13/2012) from Councilmember Chang, providing written disclosure on the record of a possible conflict of interest relating to an update on the 2012 Kauai Marathon due to his position as the owner of Walaau Productions, which tapes and airs footage of the Kaud'i Marathon.
