C 2011 -241 Communication (08/08/2011) from the Director of Personnel Services, transmitting for Council information, the Fourth Quarter Reports (April — June 2011) relative to vacancies, new hires, reallocations and promotions in the County, pursuant to Section 20 of the County Budget Ordinance.
