BUSINESS: 1. Selection of the 2010 Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. 2. Discussion regarding future agenda items. CORRESPONDENCES: 1. Review and discuss communication received on January 4th, 2010, from Mr. Wyn Hansen and Mr. Bruce Cunningham regarding a petition to adjust the rates at theWailua Golf Course. NEXT MEETING: Monday, February 08, 2010, meeting to begin at 1:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Mo'ikeha Building - Liquor Meeting Room 3. Page 1 of 2 ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to H.R.S. §92-7(a), the Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an Executive session on any agenda item without written public notice if the Executive Session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive session shall be held Pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
