• Meeting minutes of January 11, 2010
CHAIR'S REPORT:
• Recap of the Orientation training sessions for Board and Commission
Members that was held on January 29, 2010.
COMMUNICATIONS:
• Letter to the Honorable Mayor Bernard Carvalho Jr., dated 1/12/2010,
requesting input and direction on the Board of Ethics ongoing
deliberations regarding Section 20.02 D, Kauai County Charter, including
the County's fiscal condition and personnel areas.
• Memorandum from Director of Parks and Recreation, Leonard Rapozo Jr.,
regarding the various budget line item expenditures for the Wailua Golf
Course. (Received on 1/13/2010)

BUSINESS:
• Discussion and possible deliberation on a presentation from Mr. Doug
Haigh, Chief of Building Division, on the existing County air condition
system(s) and related Trane air conditioning computerized management
and monitoring process.
• Discussion on the County's annual contract and budget for Hoike video
production.
NEXT MEETING:
• Monday, March 08, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mo'ikeha Building in the
Liquor Conference Meeting Room 3.
