CHAIR'S REPORT COMMUNICATIONS • Response from the Honorable Mayor Bernard Carvalho Jr., dated 02/08/2010, regarding the Board of Ethics ongoing deliberations regarding Section 20.02 D, Kauai County Charter, including the County's fiscal condition and personnel areas. o Attachment—copy of the Proposed Interpretive Rule. • Response from Mr. Glenn Sato, County Energy Specialist regarding the request for an update on the County's efforts on implementing an Energy Audit Performance Contract.
