Todd Withy, Esq. to the Police Commission regarding the Report of Investigation on Issues in the Kauai Police Department for the County of Kauai, dated June 28, 2012 written by G. Todd Withy, Esq. The purpose of this Executive Session is to consult with the Commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities as they may relate to this agenda item, and to take such action the Commission deems appropriate. ANNOUNCEMENTS Next regular meeting: July 27, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Mo'ikeha Building in Meeting Room 2A1213 followed by Executive Session. ADJOURNMENT An Equal Opportunity Employer EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Hawal'i Revised Statutes, ("H,RS.") §92-7 (a), the Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an Executive Session on any agenda item without the written public notice if the Executive Session was not anticipated in advance. Any such Executive Session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
