KPC 2010-9 Discussion and deliberation and possible approval of the revised 2010 Police Commission meeting schedule. KPC 2010-10 Discussion and deliberation on the Commissions' position relating to the request from Mayor Bernard Carvalho Jr. to effectuate a decrease in the Police Chief's salary for FY 2011, pursuant to Section 29.03 of the County Charter. ANNOUNCEMENTS Next Meeting:Friday, June 25, 2010, Open Session to begin at 9:00 a.m., Executive Session to follow, in the Mo'ikeha Building in Meeting Rooms 2 A&B. EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §92-4 and §92-5(a) (2) (4)the purpose of this Executive Session is to consider and evaluate charges brought against an officer or employee where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved; provided that if the individual concern requests an open meeting, an open meeting shall be held.
