Update on recently enacted amendments to Hawai'i Revised Statutes Chapter 92, regarding Hawaii's Sunshine Law. This update will briefly discuss Act 177 (which creates two new permitted interactions) and Act 201 (which allows boards to conduct meetings by"interactive conference technology").
