(TMK) (4)3-7-003:007;KAUAI BEACH VILLAS—PHASE II, LLC, County of Kaua'i,
State of Hawai'i,
This matter concerns the denial of an application requesting exemption from the Transient
Accommodation Unit Certificate Process, dated May 29, 2012. This Notice is made pursuant to
Sectionl-6-5 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Planning Commission.
