LIHU`E DISTRICT COUNTY OF KAUAI BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KA~UA`I, STATE OF HAWAII:SECTION 1. The purpose of this resolution is to delete an existing school bus stop established by Resolution No. 2005-55 a.nd to establish a new school bus stop in the Lihu`e District.SECTION 2. The existing bus stop established in Resolution No. 2005-55 in the Lihu`e District, on the easterly shoulder of Laukona Street approximately 233 feet north from its centerline intersection with Ho`okuki Street,is hereby repealed. ~SECTION 3. A new bus stop is established and made official on Laukona Street, Lihu`e District, as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A" as follows:On the easterly shoulder of Laukona Street, approximately 334 feet north from its centerline intersection with Ho`ohuki Street.SECTION 4. The County Engineer shall appropriately remove and post bus stop signs at the locations described in SECTIONS 2 and 3 above, as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A".SECTION 5. Any person convicted of violating any provision relating to bus stops, Sections 16-14.1, 16-14.2, Chapter 16, Kauai Country Code 1987, as amended, shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in Sections 16-21.6 and 16-21.7, Chapter 16, of said Code.
SECTION 6.
