HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2011-05 D1COUNTY COUNCIL CO ~,NTY OF ICAL'A`I r No. 2011-05, Draft 1 RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A RULES SUB-COMMITTEE TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE TO REVIEW AND PROPOSE AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII:SECTION 1. There is hereby established a Rules Sub-Committee to the Committee of the Whole.SECTION 2. The purpose of the Rules Sub-Committee will be to review and recommend amendments, if necessary, to the Rules of the County Council of the County of Kauai.SECTION 3. The Rules Sub-Committee shall consist of JoAnn Yukimura, Chair, and members Derek Kawakami and Nadine Nakamura.SECTION 4. The Rules Sub-Committee's scope of work will be to review the Rules of the County Council of the County of Kauai to determine if the Rules need to be amended or clarified, and to recommend language to amend or clarify the Rules.SECTION 5. The Rules Sub-Committee will report to the Committee of the Whole within 60 days of the adoption of this resolution.SECTION 6.
