Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua`i County Charter,the Kauai County Council hereby approves the following mayoral appointment as follows:SALARY COMMISSION Term Expires Jo Ann Shimamoto 12/31/2012 SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval.SECTION 3.
