Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua`i County Charter,the Kaua`i County Council hereby approves the following mayoral appointment as follows:FIRE COMMISSION Term Expires Harold Daniel Brown 12/31/2014 SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval.SECTION 3.
