Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kauai County Charter,the Kauai County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral reappointment as follows:CHARTER REVIEW COMMISSION Term Expires Mary Lou Barela 12/31/2015 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval.SECTION 3.
