Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kauai County Charter,the Kaua`i County Council hereby approves the following mayoral appointment as follows:CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION Term Expires Karen S. Matsumoto 12/31/2015 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval.SECTION 3.
