Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua`i County Charter, the Kaua`i County Council hereby approves the following mayoral appointment as follows: BOARD OF REVIEW Term Expires Dorothy R. Bekeart 12/31/2015 SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval. SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Department of Finance — Real Property Division for appropriate distribution.
