RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL REAPPOINTMENT TO THE SALARY COMMISSION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua`i County Charter, the Kaua`i County Council hereby approves the following mayoral reappointment as follows: SALARY COMMISSION Term Expires Sheri Kunioka-Volz 12/31/2016 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval. SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Office of the Mayor for appropriate distribution.
