Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua`i County Charter, the Kaua`i County Council hereby approves the following mayoral appointment as follows: BOARD OF ETHICS Term Expires Maureen M. Tabura 12/31/2014 SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval. SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Office of the Mayor for appropriate distribution.
