(2) INTERCRUISES SHORESIDE & PORT SERVICES: Approval of
Transient Vessel Licenses for Application No. 2013-100 Radiance of
the Seas, Application No. 2013-101 & 2013-102 Rhapsody of the Seas,
Application No. 2013-103 Celebrity Millennium.
(3) KAUAI BEACH RESORT: Approval of Alteration of Premise to add
portable station in Shutters Lounge for Micros Point of Sale (POS)
System and adding 7 glass panels in Naupaka Terrace per diagram
submitted.
(4) MERRIMANS KAUAI: Approval of Temporary Increase of Premise to
include the Palm Court Area on May 2, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00
p.m.
(5) ST. REGIS PRINCEVILLE RESORT: Approval of Temporary
Increase of Premise to include Fort Alexander on May 17, 2013, from
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(6) THE WINE SHOP: Approval of Wine Tasting on May 4, 2013 from
2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Pursuant to Rule 2.13(e), wine portions of 5
ounces per person.

May 1, 2013. For a Restaurant General License (Live Entertainment and no
dancing), located at Princeville Shopping Center, 5-4280 Kuhio Highway,
Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii
6. NEW LIQUOR LICENSE:
(a) PARADISE BAR & GRILL, INC. dba PARADISE BAR & GRILL:
Application No. 2013-104 filed on May 9, 2013. For a Restaurant General
License (Live Entertainment , no Dancing), located at 5300 Ka Haku road.
Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii.
7. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §§92-4, 92-5 (a) (2) and (4), the purpose of
this Executive Session is to consider the hire, evaluation, dismissal, or discipline of
an employee or officer of the County where consideration of matter affecting
privacy will be involved, provided that if the individual concerned requests an
open meeting, an open meeting shall be held; and to consult with the
Commission's legal counsel on issues pertaining to the Commission's and the
County's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and/or liabilities as they may
relate to this item, deliberate and take such action as appropriate:
8. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Ratify Commission actions taken in Executive Session.
ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ("H.R.S.") §92-7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
