(2) ROTARY CLUB OF HANALEI BAY: Approval of Application Nos.
Free 2014-22, Free 2014-23 and Free 2014-24 filed on November 25,
2013 by the Rotary Club of Hanalei Bay for Free One-Day Special
Dispenser Beer & Wine and Free One-Day Special Retail Dealer Beer &
Wine licenses on December 7, 2013 at the St. Regis Princeville Resort,
Astor Ballroom, 5520 Ka Haku Road, Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii and a
Free One-Day Special Retail Dealer Beer & Wine license on
December 20, 2013 at 1301 Kamalu Road, Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii.
(3) ST. REGIS PRINCEVILLE RESORT: Temporary decrease of premises
by excluding the Astor Ballroom on December 7, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to
11:00 p.m. and allow retail liquor sales by the Rotary Club of Hanalei
Bay at its fundraising event during the above-stated date and time.
(f) INFORMATIONAL MATTERS.
2. VIOLATION REPORT:
TIKI INIKI: Violation of Rule 7.13, Fight and disturbance reports.
3. HOLD LICENSE IN ABEYANCE:
LA BAMBA MEXICAN RESTAURANT: Hold Restaurant General License No.
2G-057 issued to A&A Munoz, Inc. dba La Bamba Mexican Restaurant in
abeyance, pending relocation.
ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ("H.R.S.") §92-7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
