(2) THE WINE GARDEN: Approval of special request to conduct sampling
of 6 varieties of wine, per list, on January 21, 2012 from 4 :00 p.m. to
8 :00 p.m. and as provided for by Rule 2.13(e), exception to sample
serving size of no more than 1 ounce of each variety of wine equaling 6
ounces in total per customer is approved.
(3) ST. MICHAEL & ALL ANGELS EPISCOPAL CHURCH: Approval of
Application Nos. Free 2012-35 and Free 2012-36 filed on January 19,
2012 by St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church for Free One-Day
Special Dispenser General licenses on February 3 & February 4, 2012
on the grounds of St. Michael's Church, 4364 Hardy Street, Lihue,
Kauai, Hawaii.
(4) ROTARY CLUB OF WEST KAUAI: Approval of Application No.
Free 2012-37 filed on January 24, 2012 by the Rotary Club of West
Kauai for a Free One-Day Special Retail Dealer General license on
February 4, 2012 at the Waimea Plantation Cottages breezeway, 9400
Kaumualii Highway, Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii.
(5) THE GROVE CAFE: Approval of special request for temporary
decrease of premises by excluding the breezeway on February 4, 2012
from 5 :00 p.m. to 1030 p.m. and allow retail liquor sales by the Rotary
Club of West Kauai at its Burns Supper fundraising event during the
above-stated date and time.

Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and
