temporary increase of premises to include the frontage space, per
diagram submitted, from 5 :00 p.m. on July 20, 2012 to 2 :00 a.m. on
July 22, 2012 and from 5 :00 p.m. on July 27. 2012 to 2 :00 a.m. on
July 29, 2012.

(2) NANI MOON MEAD: Approval of special request for temporary
decrease of premises from 7 :00 p.m. on July 27, 2012 to 1 :30 a.m. on
July 28, 2012.
(3) PONO MARKET: Approval of special request to conduct wine tasting,
as listed and per diagram submitted, on August 4, 2012 from 5 :00 p.m.
to 8 :00 p.m.
(4) RICHIE'S: Approval of special request to install 4 Products Direct
Sweepstakes Terminals, per diagram submitted.
(5) THE WINE GARDEN: Approval of special request to conduct sampling
of 6 varieties of wine, per list, on July 28, 2012 from 3 :30 p.m. to 8 :00
p.m. and as provided by Rule 2.13(e), exception to sample serving size of
no more than 1 ounce of each variety of wine equaling 6 ounces in total
per customer is approved.
(6) THE STORYBOOK THEATRE OF HAWAII: Approval of Application
No. Free 2013-03 filed on July 16, 2012 by The Storybook Theatre of
Hawaii for a Free One-Day Special Dispenser Beer & Wine license on
July 21, 2012 at 3814 Hanapepe Road, Hanapepe, Kauai, Hawaii.
(7) FRIENDS OF THE CHILDREN'S JUSTICE CENTER: Approval of
Application Nos. Free 2013-04 and Free 2013-05 filed on July 16, 2012
by the Friends of the Children's Justice Center for Free One-Day
Special Dispenser Beer & Wine and Free One-Day Special Retail Dealer
General licenses on August 3, 2012 at the tennis court area of the Golf
& Racquet Club at the Kauai Lagoons, 3351 Hoolaulea Way, Lihue,
Kauai, Hawaii.
(8) TERRACE RESTAURANT: Approval of special request for temporary
decrease of premises by excluding the tennis court area on August 3,
2012 from 5 :00 p.m. to 8 :00 p.m.
(9) NAWILIWILI YACHT CLUB: Approval of Application Nos. Free
2013-06 and Free 2013-07 filed on July 18, 2012 by the Nawiliwili
Yacht Club for Free One-Day Special Dispenser General licenses on
August 10 & August 11, 2012 at the Nawiliwili Yacht Club clubhouse,
3070 Niumalu Road, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.

4. CHANGE TO RESTAURANT LICENSE:
THE BULL SHED RESTAURANT: Request to change Dispenser General
License No. 5G-003, Category A (no live entertainment and no dancing) to a
Restaurant General, Category A (no live entertainment and no dancing) license.
5. SOLICITOR'S PERMIT:
JOHN W. GAMPLE: Application No. 2013-18 was filed on July 23, 2012 by John
W. Gample for a Solicitor's Permit in the County of Kauai to represent Allied
Importers & Wholesalers, a Wholesale Dealer General licensee in the City &
County of Honolulu. Deposited $180.
6. DEFERRED MATTER:
REHEARING ON APPLICATION FOR NEW LIQUOR LICENSE — JIMMY'S
SPORTS BAR: Application No. 2008-103 was filed on June 3, 2008 by James T.
Jasper II dba Jimmy's Sports Bar for a Dispenser General (live entertainment
and dancing) license located at 3416 Rice Street, Space #306, Lihue, Kauai,
Hawaii.
ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92-7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
