(e) ACTIONS OF THE DIRECTOR:
(1) THE WINE GARDEN: Approval of special request to conduct sampling
of 8 varieties of beer, per list, on October 15, 2011 from 4 :00 p.m. to 8 :00
p.m. and as provided for by Rule 2.13(e), exception to sample serving
size of no more than 1 %z ounces of each variety of beer equaling 12
ounces in total per customer is approved.
(2) TREES LOUNGE: Approval of special request for temporary increase
of premises to include the grass area fronting the restaurant, per
diagram submitted, from 5 :00 p.m. on October 31, 2011 to 2 :00 a.m. on
November 1, 2011.
(3) KAUAI HANDBALL ASSOCIATION: Approval of Application Nos.
Free 2012-18 and Free 2012-19 filed on October 5, 2011 by the Kauai
Handball Association for Free One-Day Special Dispenser Beer & Wine
licenses on October 28 & October 29, 2011 at the Kauai Athletic Club,
4370 Kukui Grove Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.
(4) KUKUI`ULA OUTRIGGER CANOE, SURF AND SAILING CLUB:
Approval of Application No. Free 2012-20 filed on October 13, 2011 by
the Kukui`ula Outrigger Canoe, Surf and Sailing Club for a Free One -
Day Special Dispenser Beer & Wine license on October 15, 2011 at the
Kekaha Boat House, 8948 Kaumualii Highway, Kekaha, Kauai,
Hawaii.
(f) INFORMATIONAL MATTERS.
2. VIOLATION REPORTS:
(a) Pt TEE MINI BAR: Violation of Rule 4.7(b), Percentage fee due; when.
(b) RICHIE'S: Violation of Rule 4.7(b), Percentage fee due; when.
(c) THE EASTSIDE: Violation of Rule 4.7(b), Percentage fee due; when.
3. EXTENSION IN TIME TO EXERCISE LICENSE:
THE BALI HAI RESTAURANT & BAR: Per Rule 5.1(c), request for a 6-month
extension to exercise the Restaurant General license which was approved on
May 5, 2011.

4. DEFERRED MATTER:
REHEARING ON APPLICATION FOR NEW LIQUOR LICENSE — JIMMY'S
SPORTS BAR: Application No. 2008-103 was filed on June 3, 2008 by James T.
Jasper II dba Jimmy's Sports Bar for a Dispenser General (live entertainment
and dancing) license located at 3416 Rice Street, Space #306, Lihue, Kauai,
Hawaii.
ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92-7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
