(3) KEKAHA MENEHUNE FOOD MART: Approval of special request to alter premises by constructing a storage area, per diagram submitted. (4) KILOHANA: Approval of special requests for temporary decrease of premises by excluding the Luau Pavilion on December 4, 2011 from 5 :00 p.m. to 1100 p.m. and by excluding the living room area of the main house on December 13, 2011 from 5 :00 p.m. to 9 :00 p.m. (5) PRINCEVILLE WINE MARKET: Approval of special requests for temporary increase of premises to include the walkway fronting the store, per diagram submitted, and permission to conduct wine tasting on December 9, 2011 from 3 :00 p.m. to 5 :00 p.m. (6) THE WINE SHOP: Approval of special request to conduct sampling of 4 varieties of wine, per list, on November 28, 2011 from 4 :00 p.m. to 8 :00 p.m. and as provided for by Rule 2.13(e), exception to sample serving size of no more than 11/4 ounce of each variety of wine equaling 5 ounces in total per customer is approved.
