CALL TO ORDER.
ROLL CALL.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA.
1. PUBLIC HEARING:
KAUAI ISLAND BREWING COMPANY: Application No. 2011 -88 was filed on May 23,
2011 by Kauai Island Brewing Company, LLC dba Kauai Island Brewing Company for a
Brewpub (live entertainment and dancing) license located at 4350 Waialo Road, Eleele,
Kauai, Hawaii. The Commission accepted Application No. 2011 -88 for publication and
public hearing on June 2, 2011 and ordered to print notices of public hearing on Wednesdays,
June 8 & June 15, 2011, scheduling the public hearing on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 4:00
p.m. or shortly thereafter in Meeting Room #3 of the Lihue Civic Center, Mo'ikeha Building,
4444 Rice Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.
2. VIOLATION HEARING:
THE EASTSIDE:
Count 1. Violation of Rule 6.2, Sales, service or consumption before or after hours of
business, exception.
Count 2. Violation of Rule 7.4(a), Condition of premises.
Count 3. Violation of Rule 7.7, Clearing of tables at closing time.
ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the Commission
may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written
public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive
session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
