( 1) FOODLAND SUPER MARKET — PRINCEVILLE : Approval of special
request to conduct sampling of 4 varieties of wine , as listed and per
diagram submitted, on February 12 , 2014 from 3 : 00 p . m . to 6 : 00 p . m.
(2) GRINDS ESPRESSO : Approval of special request to alter premises by
replacing an existing counter with a wall and reconfiguring booths from
11 to 9 for 36 total seats, per floor plan submitted.
(3) KAUAI BEER COMPANY: Approval of special request to allow the
playing of the following games : Connect, Uno, Scrabble, Black Jack,
Brewopoly, Cribbage , Parcheesi, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers , Card

size of no more than 11/ ounces of each variety of wine equaling 5

5 , LICENSE IN ABEYANCE & LIQ.UOR INVENTORY:

6. EXTENSION IN TIME TO EXERCISE LICENSE :
