Hooser Honorable Ross Kagawa Honorable JoAnn A. Yukimura Honorable Mel Rapozo Honorable Nadine K. Nakamura, Ex-Officio Member Excused: Honorable Jay Furfaro, Ex-Officio Member Minutes of the July 24, 2013 Environmental Services / Public Safety / Community Assistance Committee Meeting. Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Yukimura, seconded by Councilmember Bynum, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the July 24, 2013 Environmental Services / Public Safety / Community Assistance Committee Meeting was approved. Minutes of the August 7, 2013 Environmental Services / Public Safety / Community Assistance Committee Meeting. Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Yukimura, seconded by Councilmember Bynum, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the August 7, 2013 Environmental Services / Public Safety / Community Assistance Committee Meeting was approved.
