APRIL 24, 2013
A public hearing of the Council of the County of Kaua`i was called to order by
Councilmember JoAnn A. Yukimura, Chair, Housing & Transportation
Committee, on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 2:31 p.m., at the Council Chambers,
4396 Rice Street, Room 201, Historic County Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of
the following was noted:
Honorable Tim Bynum
Honorable Gary L. Hooser
Honorable Nadine K. Nakamura
Honorable Mel Rapozo
Honorable JoAnn A. Yukimura
Honorable Ross Kagawa
Honorable Jay Furfaro
The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following:
"Bill No. 2481 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 5-2.4, KAUAI COUNTY CODE 1987, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO MOTOR VEHICLE CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP AND
REGISTRATION FEES,"
which was passed on first reading and ordered to print by the Council of the County
of Kaua`i on March 27, 2013, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on
April 5, 2013.
There being no one present to testify on this matter, the public hearing
adjourned at 2:31 p.m.
