This amendment provides for an accounting of both the additional revenues anticipated to be collected, as well as the offsetting expenditures, that are a result of Ordinance No. 965 which established the Cat Licensing Program. Net proceeds collected will be returned to the Kaua'i Humane Society for their assistance in administering the Cat Licensing Program in accordance with their contract with the County of Kaua'i. All interested persons who wish to present their comments may do so at the public hearing. Written testimony prior to the hearing would be appreciated.
