FIXING THE REAL PROPERTY TAX RATES
FOR THE COUNTY OF KAUAI
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015
Pursuant to Section 5A-6.3 of Chapter 5A of the Kaua'i County Code 1987,;
amended, the Council is considering fixing the following real property tax rates -
the different classes as follows:
Homestead
Residential
Vacation Rental
Hotel and Resort
Commercial
Industrial
Agricultural
Conservation
Tax Rate
(Per $1,000 Net Assessed Valuation)

The public may submit written testimony to the Council on the rates prior to the
May 28, 2014 Council Meeting in the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street,
Suite 201, Lihu'e, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, at which time the final rates,
subject to further adjustments, will be fixed.
