Roll Call Director Rapozo called roll, noting 5 members were present. Approval of the Ms. Iida moved to approve the agenda. Ms. Agenda Ventura seconded the motion. Motion carried 5:0. Minutes of the Minutes of the Meeting of March 5, 2015 Ms. Iida moved to approve the minutes. Ms. Meeting Ventura seconded the motion. Motion carried 5:0. 1. Ms. Ventura seconded the motion. Motion (f) INFORMATIONAL MATTERS carried 5:0. 2. Paul Endo, Chair (c) WAIMEA PLANTATION COTTAGES Ms. Akita moved to call licensees for violation (d) PORTOFINO RESTAURANT hearings. Ms. Iida seconded the motion. Motion carried 5:0. Chair Matsunaga asked to clarify that the first three licensees had already been before the Commission for similar violations earlier in the year to which Director Rapozo confirmed. Ms. Akita asked for clarification on Rule 7.1(a). Director Rapozo explained a person can be served up to two standard servings at one time. Standard servings are 12 ounces for beer, 10 ounces for distilled spirits, and 5 ounces for wine. He further clarified that a 12 ounce beer and a 10 ounce mixed drink would be considered two separate drinks, which is allowed. However, having two of any one type, AND an additional drink is not allowed. 3. CANCELLATION OF LIQUOR LICENSE AND TRANSFER OF LIQUOR INVENTORY: Ms. Iida moved to approve the request. Ms. ROY' S HOLDINGS Akita seconded the motion. Motion carried 5:0. 4. CHANGE IN CORPORATE OFFICERS: Ms. Iida moved to approve the change of SAFEWAY, INC. corporate officers.
