(1) KAUAI BEER COMPANY: Approval of special request for addition of the
following games: Trivia night, Battleship, Apples to Apples, Rock'um Sock'um
Robots, Jenga, and Corn Hole.
(2) LIVING FOODS: Approval of special request to conduct tasting of 5 varieties of
wine, per list, on November 16, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(3) MERRIMAN'S: Approval of special request for temporary increase of premise,
per diagram submitted, on November 4, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
(4) THE WINE GARDEN: Approval of special request to conduct sampling of 6
varieties of wine, per list, on November 21, 2015 from 3:30 p.m. — 8:00 p.m.
(5) THE WINE SHOP: Approval of special request to conduct tasting of 5 varieties
of wine, per list, on November 7, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Approval of Application No. Free 2016 -18 filed on November 9, 2015 for a Free
One -Day Special Dispenser General license on November 19, 2015 at the Historic
Waimea Theater located at 9691 Kaumuali`i Highway, Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii.

ADJOURNMENT
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the Commission
may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written
public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive
session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
