(e) ACTIONS OF THE DIRECTOR:
(1) MERRIMAN'S KAUAI: Approval of special request for temporary
increase of premises to include the Palm Court, per diagram
submitted, on January 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2015 from 3 :30 p.m. to 6 :30
p.m.
(2) TREES LOUNGE: Approval of special request for temporary increase
of premises to include grass area fronting their space, and bathrooms,
per diagram submitted, on February 13, 2015 5:00 p.m. to February
14, 2015 2:00 a.m.
(3) THE CLUB AT KUKUIULA: Approval of special request to add games,
as listed, to current licenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.
(4) THE POINT AT POIPU: Approval of special request to host table
tennis and bingo in the pool area, seven (7) days a week between the
hours of 9 :00 a.m. and 6 :30 p.m.
(5) JOSSELIN'S TAPAS BAR: Approval of special request for temporary
increase of premises to include the area adjacent to their current
location, per diagram, for a Sangria Garden during the Culinary
Market events on January 14, 21, & 28, 2015 from 3:30 to 6 :30 p.m.
(6) KAUAI ISLAND BREWING: Approval of special request to install one
(1) coin operated pinball machine, per diagram submitted.
(7) LIVING FOODS: Approval of special request to include the outdoor
deck area, per diagram submitted, on January 23, 2015 from 6:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m. and conduct sampling of 4 varieties of wines, per list, in
this area during the above - stated date and time and as provided for by
Rule 2.13(e) exception to sample serving size of no more than 2 ounces
of each variety of wine equaling 8 ounces in total per customer is
approved.

NHC, INC. and MNS, LTD.: Election of Minnie Kosasa to Chairperson
Emeritus; Paul Kosasa to Chairman, Secretary, Director, President, and
CEO; and Riki Morimoto to Treasurer, Director, Executive Vice President,
and CFO.
TRANSFER OF LIQUOR INVENTORY:
ROY'S HOLDINGS HAWAII:
Request permission to transfer liquor inventory from Hawaiian Island
Taverns LLC dba The Tavern at Princeville by Roy Yamaguchi to RY4 dba
Roy's Po`ipu Bar and Grill.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § §92-4 and 92-5 (a) (2) (4), the purpose of
this executive session is to consider the evaluation of an officer or employee
where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved; provided that
if the individual concerned requests an open meeting, an open meeting shall be
held, and to consult with the Commission's legal counsel on questions and issues
pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities as they may relate to this item, deliberate and take such action as
appropriate.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
