(4) THE POINT AT POIPU: Approval of special request to host table tennis and bingo in the pool area, seven (7) days a week between the hours of 9 :00 a.m. and 6 :30 p.m. (5) JOSSELIN'S TAPAS BAR: Approval of special request for temporary increase of premises to include the area adjacent to their current location, per diagram, for a Sangria Garden during the Culinary Market events on January 14, 21, & 28, 2015 from 3:30 to 6 :30 p.m. (6) KAUAI ISLAND BREWING: Approval of special request to install one (1) coin operated pinball machine, per diagram submitted. TRANSFER OF LIQUOR INVENTORY: ROY'S HOLDINGS HAWAII: Request permission to transfer liquor inventory from Hawaiian Island Taverns LLC dba The Tavern at Princeville by Roy Yamaguchi to RY4 dba Roy's Po`ipu Bar and Grill. 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § §92-4 and 92-5 (a) (2) (4), the purpose of this executive session is to consider the evaluation of an officer or employee where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved; provided that if the individual concerned requests an open meeting, an open meeting shall be held, and to consult with the Commission's legal counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities as they may relate to this item, deliberate and take such action as appropriate. ANNUAL EVALUATION OF THE DIRECTOR ADJOURNMENT 3 January 22, 2015 EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
