1, 8, 151 22 & 29, 2015 from 3:30 p.m. to 6 :30 p.m.
(2) KILOHANA: Approval of special request for temporary increase of
premise, per diagram submitted, on March 15, 2015 from 5 :00 p.m. to
1100 p.m., and for temporary decrease of premise, per diagram
submitted, on March 21, 2015 from 4:30 p.m. to 1000 p.m.

2. VIOLATION REPORTS:
(a) NEW ICHIBAN SUSHI & BAR: Violation of Rule 7.8(a) Manager on duty,
qualifications.
(b) MAKAI GOLF CLUB AT THE ST, REGIS PRINCEVILLE RESORT:
Violation of Rule 7.1(a) Number of drinks per person and liquor content of
drinks, exception.
(c) WAIMEA PLANTATION COTTAGES: Violation of Rule 7.8(a) Manager on
duty, qualifications.
(d) PORTOFINO RESTAURANT: Violation of Rule 7.13, Fight and disturbance
reports.
3. CANCELLATION OF LIQUOR LICENSE AND TRANSFER OF LIQUOR
INVENTORY:
ROY'S HOLDINGS: Effective February 25, 2015, cancellation of Restaurant
General License No. 2G-034 issued to RY -4, Inc. dba Roy's Po`ipu Bar & Grill,
and request permission to transfer liquor inventory from RY-4, Inc. dba Roy's
Po`ipu Bar & Grill to RY -10 dba Eating House 1849 by Roy Yamaguchi effective
March 9, 2015,
4. CHANGE IN CORPORATE OFFICERS:
SAFEWAY INC.: Appointment of Robert Lynn Edwards, Pres, CEO & Director;
Rober Gordon, EVP, General Counsel and Secretary; & Directors Robert G.
Miller, Howard Cohen, Ronald Kravit, Ethan Klemperer, Jay Schottenstein, and
Hersch Klaff.
ADJOURNMENT
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a).
