ethanol.
7. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LIQUOR
CONTROL COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI:
RULE 1.1 DEFINITIONS: "Dancing" means "to move your body in a way that goes
with the rhythm and style of music that is being played."
8. CANCELLATION OF LIQUOR LICENSE:
CASA DI AMICI: Cancellation of Restaurant General License No. 2G -053 effective
October 31, 2015.
9. PERMISSION TO SELL LIOUOR INVENTORY:
CASA DI AMICI: Request to liquidate all unopened alcohol.

may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written
public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive
session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
