(1) DOLPHIN RESTAURANT, FISH MARKET AND SUSHI LOUNGE:
Approval of special request for temporary increase of premises to
utilize the area as shown on the attached map as a temporary
extension of the current restaurant licensed premises to include 4
tables along the exterior railing for a period of 120 days, starting on
December 24, 2014 to April 22, 2015.
(2) HANALEI LIQUOR STORE: Approval of special request to conduct
wine tasting, as listed and per diagram submitted, on December 18,
2014 from 3 :00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(3) JOSSELIN'S TAPAS BAR AND GRILL: Approval of special request for
temporary increase of premises to include the downstairs area next to

if the individual concerned requests an open meeting, an open meeting shall be
held, and to consult with the Commission's legal counsel on questions and issues

ADJOURNMENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the
Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda
item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in
advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and
shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
